rules

Given a dataset and a selection of rows, slope-rules tries to find rules (expressed on the dataset variables) to match the selection. Initially developed by Jean-Matthieu Schertzer (see https://datajms.com) and funded by BPCE group. This fork corrects some bug found upstream (see https://github.com/scikit-learn-contrib/skope-rules).
